29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:    On or about 10/31/13 CSHO observed an employee operating a Dawalt Table Saw when the guard was missing exposing the employee to possible cuts and or amputations.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  a) On or about 10/31/13 CSHO observed two men working on and from the roof installing new vinyl siding on the sides of the chimneys with no fall protection systems in place.
