29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.   Job site located at 2707 S 134th Ave, Omaha, NE 68131-Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling with the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  Some employees had a full body harness on and some did not, but none were hooked off to prevent falling to the ground level.
