29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Rig #146, Tioga County, PA: An Ace Hardware relocatable power tap (power strip) located in the doghouse on the counter top adjacent to the rig control panel was daisy chained to an Isobar Tripplite surge protector exposing workers to a fire and electric shock hazard, on or about October 30, 2013.    b) Rig #146, Tioga, County, PA: An Innovera surge protector used in the doghouse to power various appliances including a coffee maker, a battery charger, and a water cooler/ heater, was not installed and used in accordance with the devices listing and labeling exposing workers to a fire and electric shock hazard, on or about October 30, 2013.    c) Rig #146, Tioga County, PA: A Prime power strip was attached to an overhead cable support tray in the doghouse. The power strip was used to power a microwave and a cellular phone booster and was not installed and used in accordance with the devices listing and labeling, exposing workers to a fire and electric shock hazard, on or about October 30, 2013.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
