An injury that meets the requirements for recordability has occurred.  On or about October 8, 2013, an employee sustained a fractured left foot and leg after getting struck by a forklift in the Sorting area, which resulted in days away from work.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
