29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee were engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 259 Hyson Lane Red Lion, PA - Employees were engaged in residential roofing activity on a steep slope hip roof 6 in 12 without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 21 feet to the ground below, on or about November 2, 2013.     No abatement certification or documentation required.
