29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections made by competent persons at the jobsite:    a) When constructing an 18 ft tall plywood construction shed around the front of the restaurant the employer did not inspect to ensure that the shed was built according to the instructions of the project design plan. Stainless steel caps were not removed before attaching the shed to the building as was required by the plan to ensure the shed is properly connected to the building structure.
