29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer not not provide frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer:    (a)Petra Bee at 4635 Vinewood Way, Johnstown, CO 80534:  On or before October 31, 2013 as the controlling employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the job site in that the subcontractor had been on-site for 5 days without an inspection.  Because of this condition, the employees of the subcontractor were exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard.
