29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Sisters of Franciscan Village, Buckley Road - On or about 29 October, 2013 - Employees were working on a roof above 6 feet without the use of fall protection.   Peranich and Shelp Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912365, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 31 July, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Main Street, Endicott NY.
