29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  On or about 24 October 2013, four workers were performing framing activities on the home under construction job site without the employer conducting frequent and regular job site inspections, exposing the employees to hazards such as, but not limited to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet, electrical shock hazard from damaged electrical cords and the hazard of being struck by falling objects.
