29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form:    (a) On or about October 28, 2013 employees entered Dust House #1 and #2 in order to change bags, however prior to entry the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards in the space.     (b) On or about October 30, 2013 employees entered Dust Collector #6/6A in order to change bags, however prior to entry the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards in the space.      Grede Wisconsin Subsidiaries, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 551899, citation number 1, item number 8c and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at N 2480 City Highway M, Browntown, WI 53522.
