29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level;    a.  On or about November 07, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working on the edge of the concrete floor deck approximately fifty two (52) stories above the ground had fall arrest system rigged in such a way that allowed the employees to fall more than six (6) feet and swing the personal a concrete column on the lower level.
