Don's Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard and its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(vi)(C)(3), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 313360497, citation number 1, item numbers 5a and 5b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/8/09, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Precourt Street, Biddeford, Maine.

Don's Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313360497, citation number 1, item number 5c and was affirmed as a final order on 10/8/09, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Precourt Street, Biddeford, Maine.
