If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall comply with sections (i) through (iii) of this standard: a. Press Room, Philadelphia Macaroni Co. - On or about November 8, 2013, the employer did not perform a workplace hazard assessment for an employee who was servicing a pump to the ChemStation tanks who was exposed to the hazards of Sodium Hypochlorite (pH 12.1) and a Chlorinated Alkaline Concentrate (pH 14.0) without personal protective equipment.

Each such employee shall be trained to know at least the requirements of sections i through v, of this section: a. Press Room, Philadelphia Macaroni Co. - On or about November 8, 2013, an employee who was servicing a pump to the ChemStation tanks was exposed to the hazards of Sodium Hypochlorite (pH 12.1) and a Chlorinated Alkaline Concentrate (pH 14.0) did not receive adequate training to determine when, and what personal protective equipment shall be worn.
