29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 11/07/2013, workers from The Roof Doctors were repairing a roof at a Calvary Assembly of God church located at 1650 Calvary Church Road, Festus MO.  They were not utilizing fall protection.  The employees were on the roof with their foreman.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):   Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On 11/07/2013, workers from The Roof Doctors were repairing a roof at a Calvary Assembly of God Church located at 1650 Calvary Church Road, Festus MO.  They were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nailers.
