29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck.   On or about November 12, 2013, on the east side of the construction site, an employee engaged in removing concrete debris from the work site was allowed to ride in the bucket of a Bobcat exposing the employee to roll over hazard.
