29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done:  Calidad Industries Inc.- Camp Parks - On or about November 14, 2013 and at times prior thereto, hazard assessment(s) including but not limited to: "Weed whack A Measured Area- Field at the corner of 5th street and Fernandez Ave, Parks RFTA Dublin CA" and "Mow Measured Area - grounds around Building #611, Parks RFTA, Dublin CA" had not been verified through a written certification with the person certifying the evaluation(s) had been performed or the date the hazard assessment(s) had been conducted.  Calidad Industries has a Hazard Assessment Certification Form, but it had not been completed for the activities at the time of the inspection.  Task Analysis had been performed for the two areas, but did not contain the written certification requirements for person certifying the evaluation had been performed and the date of the hazard assessment were not present.
