29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  1) Douglas County Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Lithia Springs, GA - Employees were working from an Altec aerial lift truck model AA-650 approximately 10 feet high without the positioning device being attached by lanyard to the basket or the boom of the lift, while changing light bulbs. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
