Pottle Avenue, Mehlville, MO 63129, at this work site, two workers were observed on top of a 3:12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:    JOB SITE: 108 E. Pottle Avenue, Mehlville, MO 63129, at this work site, four (4) workers were observed on top of 3:12 pitch roof, approximately 9 feet 5 inches above next lower level, actively installing new roof shingles and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
