29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    The employer, Dice Mold and Engineering, did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the machine shop, cutting fluids such as, but not limited to, TRIM Whamex and TAP Magic, are used as part of regular operations.       Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

The employer, Dice Mold and Engineering, did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. Squirt bottles filled with cutting fluids were found unmarked on a mill in the manufacturing room. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    The employer, Dice Mold and Engineering, did not provide its employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Employees were not triained on working with cutting and lubricantion fluids as part of daily operation.       Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
