29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   Job site located at 15202 Wycliffe Dr, Omaha, NE 68154-The employer allowed employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above a lower level to work without fall protection.  Most of the employees did have on full body harnesses, but they were not tied off with a rope and rope grab system.  The employer stated that some of his people do unhook their harnesses when he leaves the site.

Job site located at 15202 Wycliffe Dr, Omaha, NE 68154-An employee climbed a ladder being used to access the working area of the roof with a bundle of shingles exposing himself to a fall of over 20 feet.
