29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  a)    In the storage building where mechanical handling equipment was housed and utilized, on or about 11/6/2013:  The walkways or aisles were obstructed  where stored boxes, equipment, parts and other items were haphazardly placed so that no walkways were maintained.   Abatement certification must be submitted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  a)    Behind the parking areas, on or about 11/6/2013: The employer had not labelled or marked 55 gallon drums of glycol, and other mixed waste drums with the content or general physical and health hazards of the chemicals.  The Black River Plumbin, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915284, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 29642 County Rt. 50, Bloack River NY 13612.
