The Black River Plumbin, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915284, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 29642 County Rt. 50, Bloack River NY 13612.
