29 CFR 1926.1428(a)(3): The employer did not make the documentation for whichever option is used available at the site while the signal person is employed by the employer. The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section: a) The employer did not have training documentation available for the crane signal person. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
