29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage:   (a)  Josbite:  On or about November 14, 2013, the dispensing unit on the double walled 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank was not protected against collision damage.  The tank had approximately 800 gallons of diesel fuel in it.  The tank is used to refuel heavy equipment that is used on the site.
