29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:         (a)    Double D Roofing & Construction, LLC @ 2008 Peine Forest Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385: On November 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing work. Employees worked on a 6:12 pitch, single family, residential roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18.5 ft.

This condition exposed employees to an approximate fall hazard of 10 ft.
