29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    (a)  On or about November 6, 2013, Solomon Brothers Roiofing, Inc., as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Siliozar Construction, subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person.        Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
