29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Fire Shop - On or about 11/20/13, Cadillac Products Cleaner blower vacuum (Model L7, serial #049908, 115V) used to dry portable fire extinguishers on the inverted dryer, had the outer insulation pulled away from the plug and exposing the bare wires.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
