29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)   a) On or about October 24, 2013 and at times prior, Wayne Jr.'s Roofing & Sheet Metal, as a controlling employer, did not provide or maintain programs and conduct inspections of the job site to ensure that Alfredo Luevano (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 6 feet while performing re-roofing at the residence of 655 Junegrass Ct., Colorado Springs, Co.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
