(a) 1752 Macland Road, Marietta, Ga., On the front side of a commercial building an employee was not protected from eye injuries while framing with a Paslode Cordless Framing Nailer (Model-902200) as this tool was operated without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal system:      a) 1752 Macland Road, Marietta, Ga., On the front of a commercial building, where employees were working from a walking/working surface made with a 2 X 6 wood piece, the employer failed to provide fall protection for two employees performing framing activities, approximately 9 feet and 14 feet above ground level, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
