29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    a) Evergreen Apartments: On November 15, 2013 and times prior thereto housekeeping was not maintained on the jobsite.  Construction debris and discarded construction material, including but not limited to, piles of discarded drywall, uninstalled concrete steps, and pieces of plywood were allowed to accumulate in the walking and working areas, at the bottom of the stairways and around the front of the buildings.     Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
