Condition observed on/or about November 18, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 536 East Main Street, Bound Brook, NJ 08629: Employee was observed moving shingles on a 5/12 pitch roof with a height of approximately 54' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing him to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about November 18, 2013.
