29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     Storage Room Area:  The employer is failing to provide adequate quick drenching/eyewash facilities for the employees exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, drain cleaners and other corrosives.  The eyewash is blocked not allowing easy access to employees in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   The employer is failing to provide adequate Hazard Communication training to all employees either during their initial assignment or whenever a new physical or health hazard that the employee has not previously been trained for has been introduced into their work area.  Some of the employees in the facility were not able to discuss training issues including but not limited to, the location of SDSs in the facility, the procedures to follow in the event of a spill or exposure to chemicals/materials in the facility.  Employees are potentially exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to drain cleaners and other corrosives in the facility.
