Employees were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to Hess 10W40 Motor Oil (corrosive), Fleet Charge 50/50 Prediluted Antifreeze & Coolant, Rain-X De-Icer Windshield Washer, Polar Starting Fluid, Service Pro Non-Chlorinated Brake Cleaner, Penray Air Brake Antifreeze.
