29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: On or about November 11, 2013; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to use a metal electrical outlet box attached to an electrical cord in in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Employees used the electrical outlet box to provide power to electric hand tools.
