29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no:     Location of scaffolds: 2881 Placida Road, Englewood, FL 34224, as observed on or about 11/19/13.     (a)    for the mobile scaffold located in the corridor between the building and the elevator shaft.  Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches while doing demolition work to the roof.         (b)   for the mobile scaffold located at the southeast corner of the second floor.  One exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches while doing demolition work to the roof near the exterior wall.    (c)    for the mobile scaffold located at the southwest corner of the second floor.  Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches while doing demolition work to the roof near the exterior wall.

(a)    for the mobile scaffold located in the corridor between the building and the elevator shaft.  Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches while doing demolition work to the roof.  The casters were not in the locked position while the employees were on the scaffold.
