29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) The Landings at Coral Creek at 10300 Placida Road, Placida, FL 33946 nine employees were working on the roof that was approximate 19 feet and 4 inches high without fall protection equipment being installed or utilized, observed on or about 11/18/2013.
