As such, DJA Framing LLC employees conducting framing activities at the edge of the second floor decking of a residence under construction were not using fall protection (guardrails, positioning systems, PFAS, etc.) and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet.  Observed on or about 11/18/2013.        NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
