29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) Employees working in the laundry were potentially exposed to corrosive chemicals without immediate access to the eye wash. Corrosive chemicals used in laundry include Ecolab Laundri Destainer, Ecolab Tri-Star L2000 XP laundry detergent, Ecolab Tri-Star Aqua Soft laundry softner and Ecolab Tri-Star Neutralizer. The eye wash station in the laundry was blocked by large wheeled trash barrels containing dirty clothes.  Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
