In the Fabrication Shop, on the north wall, there was a 240/480 volt panel box with breakers located inside that was not marked to indicate the purpose of each breaker housed inside of the box.  3. In the Fabrication Shop, on the south wall, there was a 240/480 volt panel box with no ledger in place to explain the purpose of each breaker situated inside of the box.  4. In the Fabrication Shop, on the east wall, there was a 240/480 volt breaker box with no ledger in place to indicate the purpose of each breaker located inside of the panel box.  5. In the Fabrication Shop, on the east wall, there was a 240 volt small panel box that was not marked to convey the purpose of each breaker residing inside of the box.
