29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about November 25, 2013, at a job site located at 3534 McGee in Kansas City, MO, workers were exposed to serious fall hazards in that they had not been trained in fall hazard recognition and the proper installation or use of the equipment, procedures and systems designed to mitigate those hazards.
