29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 11/20/13 at a house located at the corner of Juniper Boulevard and Red Clover Lane in Lancaster, NewYork; an employee installing decorative lighting was using an articulating boom aerial lift. The employee did not have a body belt/harness with lanyard in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
