29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure:  a)  Logging site;  On or about November 26, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogens hazards in that the hepatitus B vaccination was not offered to employees who are expected to provide first aid as part of their regular assigned job duties.  Employees were involved in logging operations in remote locations.
