29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) Jobsite: 1521 Cambridge Street, Roof - Employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40 feet above ground level. The employees were installing a tarp to protect lumber and construction equipment near an unprotected edge without being protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest sytems. Observed on or about 11/26/13.

The employees used the stairways to gain access to upper floors to perform carpentry work. Observed on or about 11/26/13.
