29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:   On or about August 8, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees were working on the roof at the construction site without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet.  STACEY VINSON WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATION(S) OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 31430826, CITATION 1, ITEM 05, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 01/28/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9031 N. PAULINE, PRATT, KS 67124.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On or about August 8, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees at the construction site were not provided a training program to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards while working at heights greater than 6 feet.
