29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   At the jobsite 6311 E. 17th St, Wichita, KS, employee(s) were engaged in residential roofing, working from a 3 in 12 pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet from the eave to the ground and concrete below.
