29 CFR 1926.153(g): Liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) containers installed outside of buildings or structures were not upon a firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured:  a) 216 MacDade Blvd, Folsom, PA - The 10 - 100 pound liquid petroleum gas containers were not on a firm foundation or secured, thus exposing the employees to a possible fire/explosion hazard. This violation was observed on or about December 4, 2013.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.153(l): LP-Gas storage locations were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C:  a) 216 MacDade Blvd, Folsom, PA  At each of the 4 storage locations of the 10 - 100 pound liquid petroleum gas containers there was not one approved portable fire extinguisher present having a rating of not less than 20 B:C. This violation exposed the employees to a fire hazard. This violation was observed on or about December 4, 2013.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken:  a) 216 MacDade Blvd, Folsom, PA  At each of the 4 storage locations of the 10 - 100 pound liquid petroleum gas containers there was no precautions taken from possible vehicular damage. This violation exposed the employees to a fire/explosion hazard. This violation was observed on or about December 4, 2013.   Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
