OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1):  of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while using using a fixed stair system to access an area of a molding machine that was 59 inches above the floor while performing maintenance:   a) On or about 12/04/2013 - Molding Machine #30, employees working at 59 inches above the floor were not provided fall protection while performing maintenance.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  a) On or about 12/04/2013 - Molding Area, Machine 46, oil was allowed to accumulate in the work  area.  b) On or about 12/04/2013 - Molding Area, Machine 30, oil was allowed to accumulate in the work area.   JCIM, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904126, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6900 Jefferson Metro Parkway in McCalla, AL 35111.
