Back Room: Damaged electrical equipment was held to the ceiling using a conductive duct tape. Back Door area of the Kennels area: Damaged electrical equipment was used to supply power to a flexible cord set (extension cord).

Both the receptacle outlet and its face plate (cover) were energized (hot). Grooming area: (a) A hand dryer, Metro Air Force Commander, used for grooming purposes had the ground pin dislodged. (b) An Oster Dryer which originally had a three-prong attachment plug was replaced with a two-prong attachment plug.
