OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and falling hazards:    (a)   Greenhouse #3  Employees were exposed to the hazards of falling or being caught between, while operating the Grove Man-Lift (1992, Model SM3160E, Serial Number 26177) that was not properly maintained.
