29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103). a) Jobsite at 100 Central Ave. Fort Lee, NJ: Masonry employees were required to wear a filtering face-piece, N-95 respirator while grinding mortar joints using Bosch 1380 Slim, 4 ½ in hand held grinder. The employer did not establish and implement a worksite-specific written respiratory protection program, on or about 12/11/13.
