29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    a)  Northside of Building:  On or about December 12, 2013, an employee on a near flat pitch roof was exposed to a fall hazard, greater than 6 feet, to the dirt ground below, while framing a gable end without fall protection.  b)  Northside of Building:  On or about December 12, 2013, two employees on a 5/12 pitch roof were exposed to a fall hazard, greater than 6 feet, to the dirt ground below, while framing a gable end without fall protection.
